The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel your order in certain cases, such as if the product you wish to purchase is unavailable, if the product was priced incorrectly, or if the order is found to be fraudulent. The website will refund any payments made for orders that are rejected or canceled.
Online orders do not allow exchanges; customers are only entitled to returns.
Customers within Riyadh are entitled to return items within 7 days only from the date of delivery of the shipment, either by visiting our branch in Hayat Mall or through any shipping company chosen by the customer. The customer bears the full return amount in addition to the previous shipping cost.
Outside of Riyadh, returns can be made through any shipping company preferred by the customer or through our own shipping company, but the customer will bear all shipping and return fees.
The customer will be charged 30 riyals for issuing a return policy, plus the previous shipping fee of 30 riyals.
Outside the Kingdom, there is currently no exchange or refund.
1- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all labels attached, undamaged, and wrapped in the original packaging.
2- The product must not have any external odors, whether perfumes or otherwise.
Return shipping fees:
The customer bears the full cost of shipping and return.
When returning an order that had free shipping, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount to the customer.
Also, in the event of a refund, the customer will be contacted and asked for the bank account number, and the money will be returned to the customer within a period ranging from two days to two weeks.
As for Tabby and Tamara customers: the amount will be refunded to the same account within a period ranging from two days to two weeks.
Receiving Policy:
For deliveries within Saudi Arabia, the delivery time and receipt of the order ranges from two days to a maximum of two weeks, depending on product availability and the time constraints of shipping companies.
